We manufacture these cartridges at our own factory in Zhengzhou, China — not through a trading intermediary. That means custom lengths, non-standard end caps and private-label packaging are all possible, and the price you are quoted is the factory price. Minimum order is 100 pieces per model, free samples are available (you cover the courier), and production runs 7-15 days after deposit.

A 40 inch × 2.5 inch cartridge is typically run at 20-40 litres per minute depending on the micron rating and how often you are willing to change it. Size for an initial pressure drop below 0.1 bar so you keep headroom for solids loading.
1000 mm nominal length, 2.5 inch (63 mm) outer diameter, 1.1 inch (28 mm) inner diameter. Length tolerance ±2 mm, OD tolerance ±1 mm.
DOE, SOE-222 and SOE-226 as standard. For long cartridges the end cap and core rigidity matter more than on short ones, which is why SS304 cores are available as an option where the cartridge is unsupported along its length.
Change at 2.0 bar (30 psi) differential pressure. On clean feed water at moderate flow that can mean every two to three months, against every two to four weeks for an equivalent 10 inch cartridge at the same total flow.
Yes — 5 micron is the usual grade for RO pre-treatment, and long cartridges are common on larger RO trains where the housing is sized for 40 inch elements.
