A 20 inch cartridge gives you roughly twice the surface area and twice the dirt holding capacity of a 10 inch — which usually means half as many change-outs for the same volume of water.

We manufacture these cartridges at our own factory in Zhengzhou, China — not through a trading intermediary. That means custom lengths, non-standard end caps and private-label packaging are all possible, and the price you are quoted is the factory price. Minimum order is 100 pieces per model, free samples are available (you cover the courier), and production runs 7-15 days after deposit.

Roughly twice, at the same micron rating and flow per unit area. In practice that means a 20 inch cartridge run at double the flow of a 10 inch will still reach its change-out differential pressure at a similar or later point, and a 20 inch run at the same flow as a 10 inch will last considerably longer.
500 mm nominal length, 2.5 inch (63 mm) outer diameter and 1.1 inch (28 mm) inner diameter as standard. Length tolerance is ±2 mm and OD tolerance ±1 mm. Big Blue 4.5 inch diameter versions are also available.
2.0 bar (30 psi) is the recommended change-out point, against a maximum rated differential pressure of 3.4 bar (50 psi) at 25 °C. Initial pressure drop on a clean cartridge is typically below 0.05 bar.
They fit any housing designed for 20 inch × 2.5 inch cartridges. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your housing or the housing model number and we will confirm the correct length, diameter and end cap configuration.
Yes. The standard media is 100% virgin polypropylene and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 documentation is available on request for food and beverage applications.
Minimum order is 100 pieces per model. Production is typically 7-15 days after the deposit is confirmed, and sea freight to Africa, the Middle East or Southeast Asia runs 20-35 days depending on the port.
