We manufacture these cartridges at our own factory in Zhengzhou, China — not through a trading intermediary. That means custom lengths, non-standard end caps and private-label packaging are all possible, and the price you are quoted is the factory price. Minimum order is 100 pieces per model, free samples are available (you cover the courier), and production runs 7-15 days after deposit.

On the same feed water a 10 micron cartridge typically lasts 1.5 to 2 times as long, because the larger pore structure holds more solids before the differential pressure reaches the change-out point. The trade-off is that particles between 5 and 10 micron pass through to the next stage.
Only where the sediment load is genuinely heavy. Most RO plants run 5 micron because the membrane is the expensive component and the pre-filter is cheap insurance. A 10 micron cartridge makes sense as a first stage ahead of a 5 micron, not as a replacement for it.
Roughly 200-500 g for a 20-inch 5 micron cartridge, and a similar or slightly higher figure at 10 micron depending on the feed water. Treat that as indicative — actual capacity depends on the particle size distribution and the flow rate you run.
DOE, SOE-222 and SOE-226 as standard, in 2.5 inch and 4.5 inch diameters. Non-standard end caps and custom lengths are available to order.
